By using this website, submitting an enquiry, signing a service agreement, or paying a consultancy fee, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who also accepts these Terms.
Services Description
RichenQuest Global provides the following education consultancy services:
- Free initial counselling session to assess your academic profile
- University and course shortlisting based on your eligibility and goals
- Application preparation and submission to global universities
- Statement of Purpose (SOP) and motivation letter drafting assistance
- Scholarship identification and application support (DAAD, Swedish Institute, Eiffel, etc.)
- Student visa application guidance and document checklist preparation
- Language test preparation guidance (IELTS, TOEFL, Goethe-Institut, DELF)
- Accommodation and pre-departure briefing
Our services are advisory in nature. We guide and support your application process but we do not guarantee admission to any university, approval of any scholarship, or grant of any visa. All decisions rest solely with the respective institutions and authorities.
Eligibility
To use our full consultancy services, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)
- Be a Citizen of any country.
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your academic qualifications and background
- Have completed or be in the process of completing your relevant qualification
We reserve the right to decline service to any individual at our discretion.
Fees & Payments
Consultancy fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as fees cover professional time and expertise regardless of the final outcome (admission, scholarship, or visa result).
However, the following refund conditions apply:
- Cancellation before work commencement: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued minus any bank/transfer charges.
- Partial refund: If you cancel after work has started but before 50% completion, a partial refund at our discretion may be issued based on work completed to date.
- No refund after 50% completion: Once more than half the agreed services have been delivered, no refund will be issued.
- University rejection / visa refusal: These outcomes do not entitle the client to a refund. Our fees cover advisory services, not guaranteed outcomes.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@yourconsultancy.com.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your qualifications, background, and documents
- Submit required documents and information promptly to meet application deadlines
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances, qualifications, or goals
- Not submit any falsified, altered, or misrepresented documents
- Make payments on time as agreed in your service agreement
- Attend scheduled counselling sessions or provide advance notice if unable to attend
- Make your own independent enquiries and not rely solely on our advice for major life decisions
Submission of fraudulent documents is a serious offence that may result in visa bans, university blacklisting, and legal consequences. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services and report fraudulent activity if discovered.

- Keeping your personal information and documents confidential
- Submitting your applications accurately and before agreed deadlines
- Keeping you informed of application status and any updates from universities

- Acting in your best interest throughout the consultancy engagement
Disclaimers
The following important disclaimers apply to our services:
- No Admission Guarantee: We do not guarantee that any university will offer you admission. Admission decisions are made solely by the universities.
- No Visa Guarantee: We do not guarantee that any embassy or immigration authority will grant you a student visa. Visa decisions rest with the relevant government authority.
- No Scholarship Guarantee: We do not guarantee you will receive any scholarship. Scholarship decisions rest with the awarding bodies.
- Not an Official Representative: We are not an official agent, representative, or affiliate of any European university, government, embassy, or scholarship body.
- Information Accuracy: While we strive to keep information on our website current, university requirements, visa rules, and scholarship deadlines change frequently. Always verify with the official source.
- Website Availability: We do not guarantee that our website will always be available without interruption or error.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, RichenQuest_Global shall not be liable for:
- University rejection or any loss arising from a rejected application
- Visa refusal or any costs associated with a visa denial
- Scholarship rejection or any financial loss resulting therefrom
- Delays caused by universities, embassies, or courier services
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of RichenQuest Global and is protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
SOPs, cover letters, and other documents we prepare on your behalf are provided for your exclusive personal use in your university applications. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as templates.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the consultancy engagement. We will not disclose your personal information, documents, or application details to any third party except:
- To the universities and institutions you are applying to
- To visa authorities and embassies as required for your application
- As required by law or regulatory authority in Pakistan
- With your explicit written consent

Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. The following conditions apply:
- Client-initiated termination: You may terminate at any time. Fees for work completed will not be refunded. See Section 5 (Refund Policy).

Company-initiated termination: We reserve the right to terminate
your service agreement immediately if you:
- Provide false or fraudulent documents or information
- Fail to make agreed payments after written notice
- Behave abusively or threateningly toward our staff
- Breach any of these Terms
Upon termination, we will return any original documents provided to us.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the courts of India , whose jurisdiction you hereby accept.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify active clients by email
- Display a notice on our website
Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, please discontinue use of our services and contact us.
